Q2: Where is the location of the Consultant/Specialist Clinics?
ALL Consultant/Specialist Clinics are located at Medical Office Building and Level 6, Block B or please call 603-4141 3000 for any enquiries.
Q3: Do you have any Delivery Package?
The estimated cost for normal delivery is estimated at RM3,000 – RM6,000 and Caesarian Section is estimated at RM6,000. This does not constitute a package and may vary with room type and other arising medical conditions.
Q4: Does Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur have any parent craft/post natal program and what is the cost?
Yes, the parentcraft/post natal programme is conducted within three consecutive Saturdays from 2.00pm to 4.30pm. The cost is RM220.00 for each couple. Please note that you need pre-register for the programme. Please register your name and payment at Front Office Cashier Counter –Block A. Q5: What are your Hospital Visiting Hours?
Visiting hours for General Wards are 9.00am to 10.00 pm and for Critical Areas (ICU/CCU, HDU, NICU)12.00 pm to 2.00pm and 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Q6: If I want to transfer my relatives from other Hospital, what do I have to do?
Please call our Accident & Emergency –Resident Medical Officer at this number 03-4141 3018/3180. The staff will assist you with your request and inform all the needful. If you have a preferred doctor to refer to, you may call the clinic directly during office hours.
Q7: Do you have Ambulance Service in Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur?

Q8: Can we wear our own clothes if we admitted?
Certainly, you may wear your own clothes but for sterile or imaging procedures, you may be asked to wear a hospital gown.
Q9: Can relatives stay with the patient?
Please do seek advice from ward staff to ensure proper procedures are followed. However, due to critical patient or location, you may be advised to only visit during stipulated visiting hours.
Q10: Does Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur provide Private Nurse
Yes, Private Nurse is possible upon request and availability.
Q11: Can I do advance reservation?
No advance reservation can be made for admission but your request will be noted and the admission team will strive to meet your request.
Q12: How long do I have to wait for my bed?
Upon availability of a bed. The Gleneagles team strives to have beds available with utmost urgency.
Q13: Does Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur allows discharges during the weekends? How do I go about it and where do I go?
Certainly, discharges can be processed 24 hours daily inclusive of weekend and public holidays.

Q16: Does Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur accept payment by Personal Cheque?
We accept payment made by cash, credit card or bank draft.
Q17: As a patient at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur., what rights do I have?
At Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, we advocate to Patient & Family Rights in their care while in the hospital. You have rights to your choice of treatment and care including seeking for a second medical opinion. Q18: Will the hospital be able to assist with religious assistance?
Certainly. We will assist with your request for religious or spiritual assistance or information, wherever possible and available.
Q19: Will I have any difficulties communication?
English is widely spoken and written by our doctors, clinical team and staff in the hospital. Other languages commonly spoken include Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We do have staff who speak other foreign languages – French, German, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Japanese, Korean.
Q20: Do you have WIFI access or Internet Services in the Ward? What is the cost? Complimentary wireless internet access is available within the hospital building and all customers’ room.
Q21: Any Free Parking if you are a patient at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur? What are the charges and where to pay ?
Free parking for multi-storey carpark is currently not available in Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur. For multi-storey parking rate Block A as below and proceed to Central Pay booth opposite parking Lift:
- 1 hour – RM2.50
- Sub Hour – RM 1.50
- 7.00am-7.00pm – RM 7.00
- After 7.00pm Flat – RM 3.50
- 7.00am to next Day 6.59am – RM 10.50

For open car park near Korean Embassy Car Parking Rate and proceed to Pay booth next to the ramp:
- 1 hour – RM3.80
- Sub Hour – RM 3.50
- Maximum Per Day – RM 18.00
- From 7.00pm to 7.00am – RM 5.00
Lost Ticket/Damage Ticket: RM30.00
For open car park next to Gleneagles Hospital thru Jalan Ampang Car Parking Rate and proceed to Pay booth before exit:
- 1 hour – RM3.50
- Sub Hour – RM 3.50
- Maximum Per Day – RM 15.00
Lost Ticket/Damage Ticket: RM35.00
For basement parking rate Block B as below and proceed to Auto Pay Machine at parking lift:
- 1 hour – RM4.00
- Sub Hour – RM 3.00

Q22: Is there any cafeteria in Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, Block A we have Glen Café and DOME gourmet coffee outlet serving international and local cuisine, a Starbucks Coffee, Just Pie Kiosk, Sushi Box and all conveniently located at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur. There is additionally a sidewalk kiosk opposite the Accident and Emergency department.
Block B (New Block) currently we have mini Kiosk Hot & Go, Hot & Roll, Sisters Crispy Popiah, DailyFresh, Boost Juice Bars. There are many more to come.
