Our International Referral Office looks into specific needs on international patients – from liaising with the patient’s referral doctors from their country of origin, meeting them at the airport to transfer them to the hospital, finding accommodations for them at local hotels or apartments prior to admission, and providing translator and interpreters for those who need it. Our services include:

  • Review of treatment options by specialists and estimated costs with no obligation prior to departure.
  • Translators for Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese and French. Other translators are brought in on a need-to-basis.
  • Meet-and-greet patients from the airport
  • Visa application (if necessary)
  • Travel arrangements
  • Insurance assistance
  • Tours and sightseeing
